Our process:

PREPARATION

  • Full exterior powerwash to remove dirt and debris and allow for clean painting surfaces.

  • Scraping and removing loose failing paint.

  • Sanding areas to create a smoother painting surface and to feather out edges where bare areas meet- areas that still have paint.

PRIMIE SURFACE

  • Priming areas as needed to allow for proper paint adhesion, and to seal areas from rust or stains.

  • Caulking areas as needed to create a smooth surface.

  • Complete masking and covering of areas that are not going to be painted.

PAINTING

  • First application of only premium quality paint. We let it dry.

  • Then apply second and final coat of paint.

  • If drywall repair is needed, we can fix that too.
